It is important to us that you and your team are familiar with the wines you stock, and comfortable serving them. Offering, selecting and serving wine is so much more enjoyable for both your staff and your customers, when your team are informed and confident.
We can offer you some basic sommelier training: Tastings, advice on food and wine pairing, pronunciation, presentation and serving, grape varietal or style, seasonal changes, wine storage, cellar rotation etc.
All training is tailored to meet your requirements, on site, in an informal manner, at your convenience and free of charge.
